Christmas is a time of year when we gather together in celebration. A candle symbolizing the Star of Bethlehem is lit and placed in the “kolach” a tradition Christmas bread. Like the star, this single candle can show us the path. But when many candles are lit, darkness is removed
and the warmth of the season glows in our hearts.
“O Holy Light” was originally commissioned by the Ukrainian Canadian Congress as the image to accompany their 2011 Christmas Greetings.
